Called me back straight away. Knowledgeable and friendly lady Solange answered all my questions (im renovating my house and needed to know what kind of insurance I needed), filled in all the forms for me and got me a great price. All really fast. When I did call them back a very nice lady answered the phone and put me through really quickly.
Good insurance company which provides cost-effective insurance quotations, but with a significantly unhelpful website, which does not allow minor changes in circumstances (or a change to one's own email address), nor provide an email address by which to email the company. Updates must be performed via web-chat, which is quite clunky, and which took nearly 40 minutes to make two trivial changes. This did not seem to be a productive use of either my time or that of the adviser.
I called to renew my insurance, I spoke to a young lady and she was not nice in her mannerisms. (That was on Thursday)I was so upset I did not know what to do when she sent me the link. I could not let her rudeness go amiss, so I called back a few minutes later and I got a lovely gentleman who sorted out the building insurance for me. The rude lady,gets a 1star and the gentleman who helped me gets a 5star.
What a great experience! We needed home insurance - how boring is that? But we also have building work planned etc so it was a bit complicated. One of the agents called - super helpful, really efficient, pleasure to talk to. It was ultimately very boring because it's home insurance but at least the person I spoke to was nice!

Used this company twice for home insurance as they offer insurance for flat roof properties. Obtained the insurance needed on both occasions at a good price. Very helpful telephone assistance when completing the form online for a quote. Very easy to set up.Of course, the proof of a good company is when you need to make a claim.
