Good insurance company which provides cost-effective insurance quotations, but with a significantly unhelpful website, which does not allow minor changes in circumstances (or a change to one's own email address), nor provide an email address by which to email the company. Updates must be performed via web-chat, which is quite clunky, and which took nearly 40 minutes to make two trivial changes. This did not seem to be a productive use of either my time or that of the adviser.
