However, during setup, I ran into a critical issue — the tool does not work with my Meta artist account. I reached out to their support team, and they confirmed the limitation and that they cannot fix it.
Despite this being a complete blocker that makes the platform unusable for me, they refused to issue a refund or even offer a prorated amount. This is especially disappointing because their refund policy mentions case-by-case consideration, yet they declined to make an exception in a situation where the product cannot be used as intended.
Overall, the idea behind the tool is good, but the lack of flexibility and customer-first approach in resolving issues like this is frustrating. I would strongly recommend confirming compatibility with your Meta account before purchasing, as you may not get your money back if it doesn’t work.
