I spent €30 for roughly 30 minutes of use, receiving no actual service in return. It feels like a waste of money.

You have to register to fully understand how the software works. There's no real information available on the registration page. The support is lacking, and you don't feel appreciated as a customer. The ad sets perform similarly to running your own ads. There are two additional features that aren't available on other platforms: your artist score out of 100 and yearly stats… Not impressive. It's a cash grab; learn to manage your own ads.
