I signed up and paid on the understanding that they could provide the service advertised. Only after taking my money was I told that they could not proceed because, according to them, there was not enough time between when I passed my theory test and the proposed course date. This requirement was never made clear at the point of booking, nor was it highlighted as a condition that could prevent the service from being delivered.As a result, they were unable to offer me the service at all. Despite this, they have refused to issue a full refund and are only offering a partial one. I find this unreasonable. If a company cannot provide the service it sells, particularly due to criteria that were not clearly explained upfront, the customer should not be left out of pocket.The lack of transparency around eligibility requirements and the refusal to provide a full refund has left me with little confidence in how this business treats its customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering using them to clarify all conditions in writing before paying.
