The company will match you with an independent instructor and book your test for you. However, on the day of the test, my instructor sent me a message stating that the company had not paid them in full and, as a result, wouldn't be able to take me to the test. I reached out to the company, and they informed me that they are in the midst of a dispute with the instructor, who is attempting to extract more money from them. The company refused to take responsibility for the instructor's behaviour, leading to me missing my exam. So far, they have declined to provide any solution, as it would result in a loss on my booking for them.
