Fayaz is an excellent instructor, very patient, calm and always gives clear instructions. He took time to ensure I understand everything and we practiced issues I faced repeatedly. I passed first try! Additionally, it was a clear and organised course, the tests were found quickly and I had no issues with bookings or the website.
