I converted Euro to USD to invest in US stocks. A full day after the conversion, the service claimed it was incomplete, treating it as if I tried to buy stock without sufficient funds. This led to a very unfavorable exchange rate for the automatic conversion. To avoid these deceptive rates, I was told to manually convert the funds, which I did. However, the system showed I had no Euros, only USD, yet it still managed the situation as if I had no Euros, ultimately causing me a loss.
