Steer clear of this service at all costs. This is the worst online broker I have encountered. As a fund manager with experience across numerous brokers, I can confidently say their systems are the worst. Onboarding took five months, a process that should only take about a week with any other broker. Their systems are inconsistent, they lose documents, and their compliance staff is poorly trained and outsourced, leading to communication issues. I truly question how they are licensed in the U.S. AVOID THEM!
Their processes for transferring money in and out are incredibly frustrating. It feels like they retain your funds for too long while making you go through unnecessary steps. The platform is also hard to navigate, making it difficult to track your funds or get clear answers to basic questions like dividend amounts or the rates applied. After attempting to fund my account, my money seemed to disappear, with no sign of it being credited or refunded. Thankfully, I found assistance in my profile to resolve the issue.
An affordable platform with plenty of trading options, but the customer service needs significant improvement. I waited on the phone and in the live chat for 20 minutes without reaching an operator. There should be quicker responses for higher-tier clients.
