Steer clear of this service at all costs. This is the worst online broker I have encountered. As a fund manager with experience across numerous brokers, I can confidently say their systems are the worst. Onboarding took five months, a process that should only take about a week with any other broker. Their systems are inconsistent, they lose documents, and their compliance staff is poorly trained and outsourced, leading to communication issues. I truly question how they are licensed in the U.S. AVOID THEM!
