I placed an order totaling around 275 EUR. After a few days, they sent part of the non-living items, then a week later, they asked me to accept the live shrimp at my own risk or cancel the order. Why didn’t they ask me to cancel the entire order, considering I paid for it upfront? I can find shrimp food at a better price elsewhere. Of course, they stopped responding to my emails.
