Prior to the shipment, I received a notification along with a tracking code. The package (from Germany to Finland) arrived the very next day, which was incredible! I eagerly opened the well-packed box containing the fish (LDA 25, Pitbull Pleco) in their transport bags. During the water change, I noticed that the fish are in perfect health. Now, a week later, they continue to thrive. Fantastic! I appreciate the patience shown in answering all my questions and the professionalism displayed throughout the ordering process. :)

Outstanding customer support! It was my first time shipping live animals over such a long distance (from DE to DK), and I felt uneasy. Customer support answered all my questions promptly, often within minutes. All live animals arrived the day after shipping, safe and sound. The box was quite cold upon arrival due to unexpected temperature drops. This isn't the business's fault, but I hope others check the weather before ordering long-distance shipping! Thank you!
They canceled my order without any explanation or communication. It's understandable if they can't fulfill an order for any reason, but I expected at least an email regarding it. At least they refunded my payment, which is how I found out about the cancellation.
I placed an order totaling around 275 EUR. After a few days, they sent part of the non-living items, then a week later, they asked me to accept the live shrimp at my own risk or cancel the order. Why didn’t they ask me to cancel the entire order, considering I paid for it upfront? I can find shrimp food at a better price elsewhere. Of course, they stopped responding to my emails.
I ordered fish and they charged my debit card. They claimed the fish was sent, but I never received tracking information, and the fish never arrived. My emails regarding this received what seemed like automated responses. They mentioned a replacement, but despite having fish in stock, I never received any replacement.
