⸻I recently purchased a youth bed, and unfortunately the quality was extremely disappointing. Several of the wooden boards were so warped that they could only be assembled under tension. In addition, the screws were loose inside the packaging, which made the overall impression even worse.Customer service called to ask if I was satisfied with my purchase. However, after I explained the issues, the representative became noticeably unfriendly and ended the conversation without offering any solution.Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service. I cannot recommend this purchase.
