I ordered a children’s bed at the end of February. On March 1, the order was canceled because Gabriela from customer service said the order had not been paid. However, I paid with Klarna and had to spend more than a week providing proof that the payment had actually gone through.
Yesterday, March 10, Gabriela wrote that she had manually created the order after confirming that the payment was indeed completed, since their IdoSell system did not recognize the payment when it was updated.
Despite this, I never received any automatic confirmation email for the new order — something you normally receive from serious companies when an order is placed.
At the moment, I am once again chasing Interbeds just to get an order number and a tracking number. I’m honestly very disappointed with how this has been handled so far.

I ordered a children’s bed from Interbeds. The product arrived damaged (cracks and breaks in several wooden parts). Customer service responded very slowly, only offered replacement parts, and expected me to organize the return myself.My experience: very inconvenient and stressful. I advise others to be cautious and double-check everything before ordering from this company.
I ordered my bed on 28th January and from that point onwards, the only status that the order showed was ‘being packed’ - I had to call in order to get an update, and suddenly was told that the bed would be sent soon. Eventually I received the bed on 17th February and to my absolute dismay, Interbeds sent the wrong pieces which meant that I couldn’t build my bed. Further, I have never come across such poorly written instructions in my life. They are completely inconsistent (diagrams will show two different versions of the same piece) and confusing. When I contacted the company to clarify, I was told to write it in an email — nobody followed up, so I had to call again a couple of days later. There was no apology, NOTHING to indicate that they had made an error — just another ‘call us again on Monday if you don’t hear from us’. This company is a joke, and I’m truly shocked at the positive reviews here. Appalling service.
Assembling the bed was a very mediocre experience. Many parts didn't fit, were crooked, and the wrong size. For a bed costing over €300, I honestly expect better quality. In the end, I was able to assemble the bed, but with a lot of difficulty. I don't even want to start on the time it took. The packaging said it could be assembled within one hour, but that's absolutely not true. It took us (two men) a total of eight full hours.
I just assembled the 90x200 bed and the pull-out bed. No problem with the bed, however, with the pull-out bed: between missing screws, missing caps, misplaced holes, assembly instructions with errors, not to mention an unprotected edge on the visible side. It seems like the designers and writers of the instructions are different. Once assembled, the whole thing looks pretty good; we'll see how it holds up in use, as the mattresses are really quite thin.
