A return flight was cancelled/rescheduled numerous times without sufficient notice or explanation providing no timely assistance, alternative travel arrangements, or apology This disruption caused not only logistical inconvenience but also financial loss and undue stress. While I appreciate that flight cancellations may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, the lack of communication and support from InterCaribbean was unacceptable and fell below the standard expected from a regional airline.
