My order for an expensive funeral flower arrangement was never delivered, despite being marked as delivered. This was supposed to go to a grieving family, and twice the delivery was mishandled. I tracked the delivery, but they claimed they couldn't reach the recipient, which was false. The app indicated a cancellation. The assigned representative was inconsiderate, only trying to get me to reorder with a voucher instead of sending the flowers promptly. While another agent promised urgent delivery, it never happened. The order was NEVER DELIVERED, and customer service is only good at ending chats without resolving issues. I have requested a refund.
