This is my second bad experience with Interflora. Never again. The bouquet delivered looks much cheaper than the image on the website in terms of flower quality and freshness and they never acknowledge their mistake even when clear evidence is presented.
It’s for the customer service response, standard template response..The actual picture looked bigger, so hence I went ahead and ordered this so called premium product..when the actual product got delivered it looked much smaller and definitely not worth that much cost..should have got it from a local vendor itself, my bad decision..just gave a feedback and they called me and asked me to share all the details..which I eventually did and their response was sorry for the unpleasant experience..we deeply regret and accept our apologies..they mentioned a note saying that the actual product might look different from what shown in the website..seriously..wasted my money! I have ordered previously from them but this time both the product and the customer service was horrible, looks like they are habitual offenders in terms of service and support

There is a clear lack of responsibility when problems arise. My order was not delivered on time, even though it was placed 8 days ahead. The flowers were not as described at all. To make matters worse, I was promised a 20% apology credit to my account, which never materialized. I do not recommend this service!

This has been the worst experience possible. First, my order was taken but never delivered. Second, there was no communication from them. Third, they refuse to refund my money despite my follow-ups. Please avoid ruining your special occasions with this service.
My order for an expensive funeral flower arrangement was never delivered, despite being marked as delivered. This was supposed to go to a grieving family, and twice the delivery was mishandled. I tracked the delivery, but they claimed they couldn't reach the recipient, which was false. The app indicated a cancellation. The assigned representative was inconsiderate, only trying to get me to reorder with a voucher instead of sending the flowers promptly. While another agent promised urgent delivery, it never happened. The order was NEVER DELIVERED, and customer service is only good at ending chats without resolving issues. I have requested a refund.
The behavior of this service is utterly unacceptable. I ordered a premium Diwali hamper on a specific date, confirmed for delivery by 1 PM on a later date. They provided written confirmation that it would be delivered by 9 PM that same day, but it never arrived. They have lied multiple times to their customers. Now, during Diwali, my family hasn't received their gifts. This service is deceitful and has taken my money fraudulently. I strongly advise against using them.
