My experience with Interflora was defined by utter unreliability and broken promises.
I placed an order for same-day delivery on 04/14. When the delivery failed, Interflora contacted me on 04/16, citing a "technical problem" (problema tecnico) and flower unavailability, leaving the order "temporarily suspended" (momentaneamente in sospeso).
I reluctantly agreed to postpone the delivery to 04/17. Despite confirming this new date, the delivery failed again on 04/17.
Four days after the original date, the gift remains undelivered. The company failed not once, but twice, demonstrating an unacceptable inability to manage inventory or honor confirmed delivery dates. Do not trust Interflora with any order that requires punctuality and professionalism.
