5 days ago i did an order to be delivered to my gf on Valentines and still nothing and im trying to contact them and zero response!! I live in Ireland and she lives in Italy! These roses meant something for both of us!

I don’t know how you guys working! I paid money and at least respond to me!!!
I don’t recommend it at all

I ordered premium flowers for my girlfriend in Rome and online the picture looked full filled with roses and in person it was a couple of roses not nearly as full as the online picture. Disappointed because I spent extra for them to be more full and they barely filled the giant vase they came in.

Awful Ordering Experience

I had a terrible experience with my order. I placed a DELUXE bouquet two days in advance and faced multiple problems:
1) It took an excessive amount of time to complete the order due to repeated website glitches, causing constant page reloads. It was anything but smooth.
2) As a first-time customer, I had a one-time discount code for 5€, but it never worked despite numerous attempts.
3) My order arrived a DAY LATE, and there was no communication regarding the delay. When I inquired, the response was casual as if everything was fine. While delays can happen, the lack of communication and care is unacceptable.
4) I also spent time emailing for a refund, but they only offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase, which I find unacceptable since the service I PAID FOR was NOT fulfilled. This service is not recommended at all.

Extremely Unreliable Service

I ordered a Christmas bouquet to be delivered to a hospital on December 20th. Same-day delivery was not only an option but also guaranteed. By noon on December 21st, my order hadn't even been sent to a florist. There was no notification about any issues or delays. I couldn't cancel the order and, of course, there was no accessible customer service. Fortunately, I used a payment service that provided an immediate refund, suggesting that their service is known to be problematic.

Everything is a Mess

Terrible experience. I ordered a DELUXE bouquet two days in advance and encountered multiple issues:
1) The ordering process took forever due to constant glitches on the website, with the page reloading repeatedly. It was definitely NOT SMOOTH.
2) As a first-time customer, I had a one-time discount code for 5€, but it NEVER WORKED despite my efforts to enter it correctly.
3) My order arrived ONE DAY LATE, and there was no communication about the delay at all. When I reached out for answers, they seemed indifferent as if everything was fine. While delays can happen, the lack of communication and care is unacceptable.
4) I spent additional time emailing for a refund, but they only offered a 20% discount on my next order, which is not acceptable since the service I PAID FOR was NOT completed. I will not be ordering from them again. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Unsatisfactory Customer Support

I received a gift of three orchids in a pot, but the pot arrived broken. Despite sending two emails through their website, I got no response. Eventually, I called the main office and got an email from customer service offering a different plant. I wanted a replacement for what I originally purchased. Very poor response, and I won’t be using this service again.

Disappointing Purchase

I paid a significant amount for a special bouquet for my mum's 90th birthday, but the flowers were worth about half of what I paid. I emailed the company for an explanation or apology, but it’s been over a week with no reply. They claim to respond within 48 hours. I will not use this service again.

Unacceptable Service

I ordered flowers for delivery to Italy around October 20th. A few days later, I was informed they couldn't deliver and asked for another number. I provided the same number again, as it was the only one available. I received no further communication. After another email, they said they would contact the overseas florist, but I still haven't heard anything. It's now mid-November, the flowers are undelivered, and I've been charged for this terrible service.
