They never answer my messages! What an unprofessional communication is this? I had to cancel my booking and wanted to discuss about refund, THEY NEVER ANSWERED any of my at least 4 messages/emails, they simply ignore me. I descriped my situation, both of my kids were sick, my husband had to have a heart surgery....I would at least expect some reaction and maybe being open for a discussion about at least partial refund. But no...nothing! I will never ever book an accomodation with them.
