I originally booked a vacation home managed by Interhome in Moltrasio, Italy, through their booking agent VRBO. When I called to cancel my reservation, VRBO gave me incorrect information about the charges I would incur. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Interhome kindly and responsibly appreciated my detailed correspondence with them and VRBO. With utmost professionalism, they returned my deposit once they had booked that same vacation home in Moltrasio. I recommend them highly and will look to use Interhome again when we travel abroad.
