I purchased an ottoman from a retailer. While the ottoman itself is fantastic, the service has been challenging. The sales price I confirmed with the representative expired right before my order was placed, but they honored it. Just before my delayed item was finally set to arrive, they introduced a new sale that reduced the price by $200 on my ordered ottoman. Both the sales and support teams refused to adjust the price accordingly. Consider shopping elsewhere to avoid losing customers over a small amount. It's disappointing; the product is decent, but I won't return and hope others reconsider.
