I seldom write reviews, but my experience with this retailer has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. I bought a sofa for over $5,000 along with a protection plan, but soon after, the cushions lost their shape and support. I followed all care guidelines, but the situation worsened. When I contacted customer service, I faced long delays and generic replies. After a lengthy wait, they agreed to send replacement cushions, but they only sent covers, which did not solve the issue. Meanwhile, the sofa developed serious structural problems, creating safety concerns in my home. Customer service directed me to the protection plan provider, but they have been unreachable. After spending a lot and enduring months of back-and-forth, I am left with a deteriorating sofa and no meaningful assistance. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had with any furniture company. I truly regret this purchase and hope my review prevents others from a similar fate.
