I ordered an ottoman from a retailer. The ottoman itself is fantastic, but the experience has been frustrating. The sales price I confirmed with the representative ended just before my order was placed, yet they honored it. However, just as I was about to receive my item (which was delayed and had no tracking updates after it left the port), they announced a new sale that reduced the price by $200 on my already ordered ottoman. Both the sales representative and customer service refused to adjust the price to match the new offer. I suggest looking elsewhere to avoid the risk of losing customers over a mere $200. It's disappointing; the product is decent, but I won't be returning, and I hope others think twice as well.
