I ordered bar stools for a client's restaurant on 9/9/2025, expecting delivery between November 11th and December 11th. However, on December 11th, the status still indicated 'being built.' I reached out at the end of November for an update, and they expressed their apologies. When I sought clarification on the timeline due to the restaurant's opening in January, I received no response. After some effort, I managed to call and finally got an answer, revealing the new delivery window as January 17-31st, which poses a significant problem for our opening. The customer service was extremely lacking, and there's no assurance that the furniture will arrive on time.
