This service is extremely disappointing. They do not deliver on their commitments, and the product received is far from what was advertised. I ordered a chair in July, but after weeks of waiting with no updates, I chose to cancel, only to be told that a refund wouldn't be issued. Now it's December, and I'm still without the chair, with vague promises of delivery possibly in 9 weeks.
