Do not buy anything from this company. Please learn from my costly mistake. They lie. They will not return items. Their furniture is like cardboard. I lost a lot of money ordering from them. Hoping you don't do the same. I regret my purchase and now they will not take it back.

I reside in Seattle and have not received anything after two weeks. Repeated inquiries yield no clarity on the delivery date, with the company providing the same generic response. At this point, I am uncertain if my order will ever arrive and am considering legal action.

Very straightforward process, and the website is user-friendly, allowing for special delivery instructions, unlike many other platforms that are quite difficult to navigate! It was easy, and I just received notification that my item is being shipped well within their timeframe. I highly recommend them!

Please do not order anything from them. There is no customer service number, and there is no furniture assembly provided. Proceed with caution!
