I purchased the Aura Coffee Table from Interior Icons, trusting the claim of "first-class quality" and their highly promoted warranty program and return policy. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.Within just a few months of very light use, the paint and surface finish began chipping and peeling badly — even IKEA furniture wouldn't even deteriorate this quickly. The table wasn’t abused or mishandled; it simply was not manufactured to the standards you proudly advertise.When I contacted customer service, you quickly pointed to the fine print exclusions buried in their warranty — which, ironically, seem to exclude almost every material a piece of furniture could be made from. Despite all the promises on your website encouraging customers to purchase with confidence, you ultimately refused to stand behind your product.For the price point, you are far better off buying from a company that actually honors their quality claims, or just go to IKEA. I would not recommend Interior Icons based on my experience.
