We ordered 3 counter stools that we loved. They emailed us days later and said they couldn't ship it for several months. We asked to cancel the order and they said ok, but we will keep 10% for "processing". BE VERY AWARE! The tactic appears to be taking orders and then making money by charging a "return fee" when we haven't received anything and when no reasonable person could wait that many months without a ship date.
