I ordered a few pieces from them, including the Cloud Luxe three-seater sofa (which I’m now totally obsessed with), and the whole experience was smooth and easy. Their team was kind, responsive, and super helpful from start to finish. They helped coordinate white glove delivery, which was seamless, and everything arrived in perfect condition. It did cost a bit extra but totally worth the help. The sofa is insanely comfy and looks amazing in my livingroom. Highly recommend!
