Review Time
The website uses AI generated images for some of its products. I received a product that was much smaller than expected, due to the way the images were edited. The product also arrived broken, and had loose parts just hanging around in the box. It also did not arrive assembled, and with no instructions on how to fix it. When I contacted their email, they denied - lied about - using AI for product pictures and claimed they were a small team of "passionate" people. I did a reverse image search on the product images and found the same product on several different websites. Clearly they are drop shipping these products from some manufacturer, and advertising it as luxury furniture and designs from New York. Everything about the brand's marketing seems fabricated.
I ordered a few pieces from them, including the Cloud Luxe three-seater sofa (which I’m now totally obsessed with), and the whole experience was smooth and easy. Their team was kind, responsive, and super helpful from start to finish. They helped coordinate white glove delivery, which was seamless, and everything arrived in perfect condition. It did cost a bit extra but totally worth the help. The sofa is insanely comfy and looks amazing in my livingroom. Highly recommend! Note: They did request I write about my experience, but it was great so I was happy to!
