I tried various names associated with the facility, but the system wouldn’t recognize any of them, leaving me frustrated. They also urged me to enroll in their online system, but every link they provided malfunctioned, making it impossible to sign up. If their email links are so unreliable, it raises concerns about the overall functionality of their systems. After my surgery, I received further communication regarding the $4,500 bill, and since then, I've been inundated with more bills without any clear explanations. They demand payment without providing details or itemized lists, making it impossible to understand what I'm being charged for. The lack of transparency is disheartening, especially considering the Patient Bill of Rights. For the first month, I continued to pay these unexplained charges, but I’ve now received another demand for $515. I’m stuck on hold, trying to get clarification on these ongoing charges.
