The customer service provided by Staci Farmer exceeded expectations. She spent a great deal of time explaining the various international student insurance options and answering my many questions such that I went from initially being confused to clearly understanding the optimum policy for my children studying abroad in Italy later in 2026. I appreciate Staci’s patience and great attitude to ensure I understood the insurance benefits versus cost. Staci followed up by emailing me the summary of quotes considered and a link for a more detailed summary of benefits. Based on this positive customer service experience and the insurance provided at reasonable rates, I will certainly be obtaining this insurance for family travel as well.
