Unacceptable Service and Missing Belongings — No Resolution
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
I worked directly with Nico Restrepo and Julie Allman, and unfortunately the level of service, follow-up, and accountability has been extremely poor. Commitments were made that were not honored, and I was given assurances that my belongings would be handled properly. Instead, multiple items are still missing, and I have not received them back.
One of my shipments was never even delivered to its intended destination. It was not loaded into any international container, nor did it leave the country through any port. The belongings remained entirely under the company’s custody and control. How it is possible for items to be lost under those circumstances is completely unacceptable. This loss occurred while the shipment was fully managed by the company.
At this point, I have no confirmation that any meaningful search is being conducted, nor any evidence that real action is being taken to resolve the situation. Communication has been insufficient, and the overall experience demonstrates that this is not a company you can rely on or trust with your personal property.
A significant amount of clothing and personal belongings is still missing. I completed two separate moves
I am extremely upset and disappointed. I expect responsibility and professionalism. I demand that all of my belongings be located and returned.
Until this matter is resolved, I will continue sharing my experience publicly through reviews. If my items are found and returned, I will have no issue removing my reviews. However, at this moment, I remain deeply dissatisfied with the service provided.
