Twice, the Auth Code was rejected by the new registrar after five days, labeled as “incorrect.” During this time, the domain expired while still with the registrar. Once expired, the registrar immediately locked the domain, preventing access to the control panel to verify or reissue the Auth Code and complete the transfer. You end up being blocked from finalizing the transfer at a critical moment. After just a few days, the domain was pushed toward auction, yet I was told I could still “renew with us.” This feels less like assistance and more like being pressured into a renewal. My recommendation for anyone using this registrar: If you intend to move a domain, start at least two weeks before expiry — or think about avoiding this registrar entirely. A very disappointing experience after years as a customer.
