Changing to InterneTY is the best thing I have ever done! All the folk who work there are extremely pleasant and very helpful. I mean everyone too, not just the folk who answer the phone but all the engineers too. The young man who came to connect my wi-fi was extremely patient with all the questions I asked, and I can ask some very stupid ones sometimes!!! I really cannot praise the entire team highly enough!
