The fibre service is extremely disappointing. Data disappears unexpectedly. On the third day of the month, 65GB vanished, and I just added 5GB, which also disappeared. Only children were at home, using YouTube and a social media plan. I have no clue why this is happening. I've paid a total of 50,000 for the last four months. It's pathetic. I'm going to disconnect the service and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When I tried to call for clarification, I was told to call from a landline, so I must return home to do so. Never again!
