I am very disappointed with the customer service experience I recently had. During my call, the agent asked for information that I didn't have with me. I politely told her I would quickly check with my sister and asked her to wait a moment.
However, she said they were busy and told me to call back once I had the details. I explained that I had already waited about 15 minutes for my call to be answered and asked for a little patience. Unfortunately, the agent hung up instead of helping me further.
I believe customer service should involve understanding and reasonable support, especially after a customer has already waited a long time. It is hard to anticipate all the information needed without guidance during the call.
This experience was disappointing and didn't meet the level of professionalism I expected.

This is the most disappointing service I've encountered in the company's history. I have an ADSL connection, but the quality is extremely poor, frequently disconnecting. About 80% of the time, the speed feels like dragging a heavy load on the beach.

The fibre service is extremely disappointing. Data disappears unexpectedly. On the third day of the month, 65GB vanished, and I just added 5GB, which also disappeared. Only children were at home, using YouTube and a social media plan. I have no clue why this is happening. I've paid a total of 50,000 for the last four months. It's pathetic. I'm going to disconnect the service and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When I tried to call for clarification, I was told to call from a landline, so I must return home to do so. Never again!

Their outdated customer service model is frustrating, insisting I visit their office instead of providing solutions over the phone or online. They even directed me to the original store for support. It's unacceptable in this day and age. For anyone considering this provider for internet or telecom needs — I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
