The 4G signal is extremely weak or non-existent in my area, and despite multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved. They close complaints without even checking with me — zero accountability. Their outdated customer service model is frustrating, insisting I visit their office instead of providing solutions over the phone or online. They even directed me to the original store for support.
