Quality is good for a lathe cut, but it smells terrible. the smell is so bad I cant even conceal it with a sleeve or anything. Quality is pretty hit or miss. I ordered two, and the first one was not very good the second was great, i guess it depends whether they make ur record right after they clean the machine or last which determines how good the quality is. I will order again because I like the idea of ordering custom records, but for price and quality, there are probably better options
The sound quality was terrible. Where are the needles starts on? The record is not proper at all. I’ve complained and never received no feedback from the company at all. This is my fifth order and I keep trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt and I’m still getting terrible results. No one from the company has contacted me to talk to me about this or to rectify my orders.
