I made my order for a custom gatefold in March 2023 and it has been almost a year and I still have not received my purchase. I have sent a dozen emails to the customer support for my order #ITC27407 and the latest response in October was that their printer was broken and they lost my artwork. I resubmitted the artwork and was told it would be prioritized and shipped soon. It is now the end of January and still no gatefold or updates despite me sending multiple emails asking for an ETA. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
