Made an order on the 4th March and have received confirmation of this and the money has been taken however there has been no further communication. I have emailed customer services 3 times now for an update on the item to be told this can not be tracked but should be with me soon, even though this has not even been dispatched yet. After some googling I am now seriously concerned that I will get my item or money back.Update - 14th March. I have still not recieved my order or any indication where this is. I just keep getting told that they are unable to track items. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am going to contact my bank and try to get my money back.
