I purchased x2 dresses in different sizes. I tried to return using In The Styles return link. I was advised by customer service due to the there being a fault in their system they would not be generation return labels on behalf of the customer. This was now my responsibility to pay the full cost of the return (not the £2.50 stipulated with their terms and conditions). I have escalated my complaint, chased several times to be ignored. They do not adhere to their own terms and conditions and refuse to accept responsibility of their own systems failures resulting in the customer being left out of pocket.
