****AVOID****Terrible customer service! Tried returning an item and the return portal was down. Spoke to an advisor who stated to return it via courier and they would then refund me the fees. However after I sent it back they are now going back on there word and are not returning my fee, which now means I have paid out more than there £2.50 return fee!!Absolutely shocking behaviour and ethics! I shall never be ordering from this company again!
