*Regular customer of nearly 10 years* Ready to turn some items and the returns portal is down for days. Contact customer service they said to just send via Royal Mail and they don't deduct admin fees. I asked what about when the cost of returning the items outweighs the £2.50 can I have a refund. They told me no. So spent over £4 sending the items back due to no fault of my own with no consideration of subsidising this from the company. Never ever had such an experience with a company before today. Since being taken over they've become a joke
