I'm having the worst experience with In the Style's customer support. It has been over 3 weeks since I originally contacted them about my return - their portal was down, their website had (and still has) broken links on info pages for returns. Then, when the portal was back up, I was getting an error and still unable to create a return. I had no reply from them despite multiple attempts to contact them, other than when they publicly replied to another negative I left, saying ' they have no record of any correspondence from me'. Please avoid this company.
