Unfortunately I'm having a bad experience with in the style'I placed 3 separate orders in March which I did not receive Iv had to email a number of times to there customer service before I even got a reply when I finally got a response it was basic and unhelpful iv had to contact the courier myself also more than once.I didn't receive or sign for the orders or give permission for them to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour so I understand that this is down to the courier however the level of customer service from in the style iv found to be terrible, lazy, unhelpful and blunt short replys and I'm having to still constantly chase this up as I'm still without my orders and I'm out of pocket by around 200 pounds the courier has got back to me last week apologising and told me they have informed the company of the missing parcels and in the style keep saying they haven't heard back from courier so I'm just going in circles at this point.A shame but I wouldn't recommend in the style and I wouldn't shop with them again purely because of the customer service or lack of should I say!
