Firstly, thank you to Ariana for issuing my refund efficiently, despite Evri having lost my returns parcel. That one star is for you and you only. In the style as a whole has been an extremely difficult experience. Firstly, the returns portal does not work, countless correspondence to ITS was unanswered in assisting me with my returns until I opened up a dispute through PayPal (as my chosen payment method at the time of purchase), only then I had a response, slow response but was able to have a returns label emailed to me. Same day delivery done with Evri as there chosen courier, to then have my parcel misplaced, unable to locate its whereabouts. Several frustrating emails later with Evri and ITS it was Araina who took the time to deal with my complaint and assist me with a refund. Thank you
