I ordered a blazer which was too large. I attempted to return the item through the returns portal but an error message kept coming up. I then contacted In The Style numerous times via their online hub and via email to request support in returning the item. I did not get a response but randomly got an email from Evri with a return QR code (so obviously my messages had been received). I returned the item using QR code but have not received my refund despite attempting to contact In The Style several times. Still no responses or any acknowledgement of receipt of my item. Planning to report to HMRC and Trading Standards Office if I do not hear back by the end of the week. Order details: ITSSL-742377
