I’m giving 5 starts as Ariana redeemed my initial experience/worries and restored my faith in the company. After a lot of concern that I would not be able to return items when the return portal failed to give a return method multiple times, Ariana responded to my emails and rectified the issue promptly by creating new return labels and sending to me directly with stepwise instructions on what to do next, this was easy and problem free.
